Dieting Problem

The size of mine growing tummy made me to think about my health seriously. So I thought to be little slimmer by dieting. Now contolling diet is something that needs the help of a dietician or a good diet book.

 

If you have a dietician who tells you a good diet paln so that you can look like Hritik in few months then its OK But if you are thinking of doing so through a book then you need to be a mathematician.

 

I will tell you the reason shortly. You weight should be according to the height. approx. 12kg/feet. The taller you are the more liberty you have of eating.

 

If you have your weight under the limit then it's ok. Be Happy, you have saved yourself from  big tension ahead.


 

But stop; if you have 10,20,30 above that then the "caloriers problem" starts. Now everything you eat has some calories in it. now you have to remember what calories your favorite piece of cake contains.


 

Calculating the calories that we eat in the day would have been easy if we would have limited ourselves to rice milk and one or two such  item. But problem is that we eat without thinking what we are eating. Also the kachori, Pani Puri , samosas doesn't comes with calories written on it.

 

and what should be done to the family members. They will eat in these days everything that you will die for. The temptation to eat what yours family members are eating is too much to handle.
 

It's most difficult things to do in the world to say no to aloo parantas and say yes to the boiled vegetables.

 

Also dieticians are not suer of their suggestion themselves. They say no to choclate. Can you believe, chocolate! Such a sweet think for which your GF can give you a french kiss which you can't get ever after spending thousands! Then there is no dearth of dieticians and scientist those say that eating chocolate can lower the risk of heartattack. And those who eat chocolate are less vernenable to depression.

 

So now I have thought of a simple way. Eat whatever you think that suits you and your internal things and then exercise regularly and also skip the health related pages in every magazine that you take in your hand.
